Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is on its way you will receive tracking information.

Refunds and Returns

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind on receiving your item. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the box, packaging, and item, and contact Elishia straight away. We will be able to work things from there.

Added Insurance

Adding insurance to your shipping is always a good idea. Please reach out to Elishia directly elishiaart@outlook.com if you wish to add insurance, signature on delivery, or express shipping.

Combined Shipping

It is not always possible to calculate correct combined shipping.
Please rest assured that if you are over-charged for shipping, you will receive a refund on the overage.

International shipping

Currently this shop ships to Australia, New Zealand, The US, and Canada.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
